1. Overview
Payta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid infringement notices.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Payta infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our DMCA Agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.
4. Repeat Infringers
Payta will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We track takedown notices and take appropriate action against repeat offenders.

6. Good Faith
